Sixty Symbols is Brady Haran's physics channel made with the University of Nottingham. This early episode, from June 2009, has Roger Bowley demonstrating a Chladni plate and talking through what the patterns mean. The description admits they did not use the traditional violin bow and calls it one of the prettiest physics demonstrations.
The value here is the conversational explanation from a working physicist, which fills in what the purely visual videos leave out: why particular frequencies work and others do not, and what the plate is doing between patterns. It is a university demo rather than a polished production, and the picture quality reflects its age.
It makes a good pair with the Harvard video: one bowed, one driven, both explained by people who teach this for a living.
