@CymaticsFM has posted 1,880 times since March 2015 to 6,732 followers, under the bio "The best production resources on the internet." It sells sample packs and plugins at cymatics.fm and has nothing to do with visible sound.
The clash is bigger than one account. On Instagram, @cymaticsfm has 364,000 followers and @stevencymatics — Steven Skunberg, the company's chief executive — has 194,000; both bios advertise sounds used by Drake, Future and Bad Bunny. There is a TikTok account too. Most tellingly, the subreddit r/Cymatics, whose page title still reads "Cymatics: Physical Manifestations of Sound", is entirely people swapping the company's sample packs.
So any search engine ranking, follower count or hashtag volume you see for "cymatics" is dominated by a music-production brand. Filter accordingly.
